This offer is valid for the first 5 customers only.

1. Free Interior Design Consultation – (minimum 1,000 sqft)
   • – Additional charges will be implied for projects below 1,000 sqft.

2. Free Design Fees
   • – If PiPSpace is assigned as main con for said project after design phase, fees will be deducted at construction fees.
     • – 100% design fees will be waived for project size less than or equal to 1,000sqft only.
     • – Project size bigger than 1,000sqft will waive at max 70% only.

3. 50% deposit of design fees must be made before design layout and dimensions can be shared.
   • – 50% deposit must be paid before meeting to discuss about design layout and dimensions. This is to safeguard us from clients taking our designs to be used for other designers.

4. Full payment for design fees must be paid before final design submission.
   • – Full payment must be paid to receive full design layout and dimensions in pdf file if we are not assigned as main con.
   •  
5. Site consultation charges. 
   • – In an event where floorplan is unavailable, additional charges will be charged for clients and we are required for site measurement before initial design.
   • – Site measurement deposit of at least RM300 (for projects less than or equal to 1,500sqft) will be charged (may be higher depending on project size). This charges will be waived once confirm us as interior design partner.
