Our team provides design-focused assistance for your projects — from customizing Fuku pieces to curating cohesive material palettes. Need help sourcing third-party items? We’re happy to assist with recommendations and coordination — a service charge applies for external sourcing.
1.1 Project Support Scope
Fuku Studio offers project support for interior designers, including:

Product customization and selection guidance within Fuku Studio’s range

Fabric and material coordination for cohesive project styling

Optional third-party product sourcing assistance (service charges apply)
Requests for third-party product sourcing, procurement, or delivery coordination will be subject to additional service fees, depending on project scope and complexity. All third-party items will be sourced based on availability, quality, and Fuku Studio’s discretion.
1.2 Third Party Sourcing Policy
1.2.1 Third-party sourcing includes product research, supplier coordination, quotation collection, and recommendation of suitable alternatives based on the project’s design intent.
1.2.2 This service is offered upon request and subject to availability of our project team.
1.2.3 All items sourced externally are curated to complement Fuku Studio’s designs and maintain project consistency.
1.3 Service Charges
1.3.1 A service charge applies for all third-party sourcing or procurement requests.
1.3.2 The fee amount will depend on project scope, sourcing complexity, and the number of items required.
1.3.3 A quotation for the service charge will be provided before work begins.
1.4 Order & Payments
1.4.1 Full payment for third-party items must be made prior to order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4.2 Fuku Studio may assist in coordination and delivery scheduling; however, delivery timelines are determined by each supplier.
1.5 Responsible & Warranty
1.5.1 Fuku Studio will exercise due diligence in recommending reliable suppliers and products; however, we are not responsible for product quality, warranty claims, or after-sales issues relating to third-party items.
1.5.2 Any product warranty or defect claim must be addressed directly with the respective supplier or manufacturer.
1.6 Modifications
1.6.1 Fuku Studio reserves the right to amend or discontinue this service at any time.
