Fuku Studio Designer Perks - Terms & Condition
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Fuku Studio Designer Perks Program (Club Fuku) offered by Fuku Studio. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is exclusively for verified interior designers and design professionals.
1.2 Participants must provide valid contact details (name, company name, email address, and phone number) or a business name card.
1.3 Perks are not transferable and may not be claimed by clients or third parties on behalf of the designer.
2. Perk Redemption
2.1 To enjoy the designer perks, participants must contact Fuku Studio’s designated representative (PIC) or reach out to the studio directly.
2.2 Perks cannot be redeemed through client-initiated inquiries or third-party agents.
2.3 Designers who wish to visit or collaborate without their client must inform Fuku Studio in advance to ensure perk eligibility.
2.4 All perks must be confirmed and applied before an invoice is issued. Requests made after invoice confirmation are not eligible.
3. Validity & Availability
3.1 The Program is valid until suspended, or withdrawn at Fuku Studio’s discretion.
3.2 Complimentary upgrades (e.g., fabric upgrades) and customization perks are limited to selected fabrics and furniture items, subject to availability.
3.3 Perks apply only to new projects or orders. They are not applicable to ongoing, confirmed, or completed projects.
4. Modifications & Termination
4.1 Fuku Studio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its perks at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Any modifications to the Program will be updated on Fuku Studio’s official website.
4.3 In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, Fuku Studio’s decision shall be considered final and binding.
5. General
5.1 By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your contact information for communication and marketing purposes related to Fuku Studio.
5.2 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
